Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- herb seasoned croutons
- cooked corn - 3 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- water - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make corn balls:
Cook onion and celery in butter. Cool. Mix in with other ingredients. Shape into 8 or 10 balls. Place in ungreased shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Cuban.
