Ingredients/Components

  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • butter or oleo - 1/2 c
  • herb seasoned croutons
  • cooked corn - 3 c
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • water - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make corn balls:

Cook onion and celery in butter. Cool. Mix in with other ingredients. Shape into 8 or 10 balls. Place in ungreased shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
