Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- cans whole kernel corn - 2 item
- or 3 beaten eggs - 2 item
- Dash, etc
- or 12 soda crackers - 10 item
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix milk with eggs. Add salt, pepper and any other spice desired. Crush 10 or 12 soda crackers. Mix together with corn and top with more crackers. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes (covered). Uncover the last 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
