Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- paprika optional - 1/4 tsp
- shredded American cheese optional - 2/3 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Combine all ingredients, adding crackers last. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake in 350° oven until knife inserted comes out clean. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
