  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 oz
  • paprika optional - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded American cheese optional - 2/3 c

How to make scalloped corn:

Combine all ingredients, adding crackers last. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake in 350° oven until knife inserted comes out clean. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
