- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- 6-inch flour tortillas - 8 item
- shredded cooked chicken
- jar picante sauce, divided - 1 item
How to make cheese 'n chicken enchiladas:
Heat oven to 350°. Cook and stir onion in margarine in large skillet until tender. Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup picante sauce, cream cheese and cumin; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring in 1 cup cheese. Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture in center of each tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in a 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Top with remaining picante sauce and cheese. Bake 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
