Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- cooked chicken, diced - 2 c
- celery, chopped - 2 c
- nuts - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potato chips, crushed to cover top - 1 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients except potato chips. Sprinkle potato chips over top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.I prefer buttered bread crumbs using Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing.
