Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- jar pimentos - 1 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs or stuffing mix - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender. Combine sour cream, soup, pimentos and 1 3/4 cups cheese. Stir in broccoli and onion mixture. Place in lightly greased 2-quart casserole and top with 1/4 cup cheese and cracker crumbs or buttered stuffing mix.
