- cooked chicken, cubed
- jar picante sauce, divided - 1 oz
- pkg - 1 oz
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- flour tortillas - 8 item
How to make cheese 'n chicken enchiladas:
Heat oven to 350°. Cook onion in margarine in a large skillet until tender. Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup picante sauce, cream cheese and cumin. Cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in one cup of cheese. Spoon about 1/3 cup of chicken mixture into ceRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
