Blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- sugar - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- blueberries
How to make blueberry muffins:
Combine dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and butter, mixing just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into a greased and floured medium size muffin pan, filling each muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
