- egg - 1 item
- Italian seasoning - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- pepperoni - 1 pkg
- loaf frozen bread - 1 item
How to make italian bread loaf:
Let bread raise and then cut in half. Roll out half of bread on floured bread board. Beat egg and brush over rolled out bread and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Place pepperoni and shredded Mozzarella cheese on top of rolled out bread. Roll it up like a jelly roll and pinch the edges.Brush top of rolled up bread with egg mixture. Bake at 350° until brown and cut diagonal in small pieces. Serve warm. Can be frozen.
