Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- oil - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- Raisin Bran cereal - 15 oz
How to make 6-week bran muffins:
Mix the first 5 ingredients. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well. Store in refrigerator in airtight container 6 to 8 weeks.To bake: Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. For mini muffins, use small tins. Bake at 375° for 13 minutes.
