Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 5 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • buttermilk - 1 qt
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • baking soda - 5 tsp
  • Raisin Bran cereal - 15 oz

How to make 6-week bran muffins:

Mix the first 5 ingredients. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well. Store in refrigerator in airtight container 6 to 8 weeks.

To bake: Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. For mini muffins, use small tins. Bake at 375° for 13 minutes.
