Sour cream coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sifted cake flour - 2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- finely chopped nuts
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1 c. finely chopped nuts1 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. brown sugar Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Fold in sour cream and vanilla, then sifted dry ingredients. Spoon half the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan, cover with half the topping, then repeat. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes. Cool almost completely before removing from pan.
