- flour - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- chopped nuts pecans are best - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Icing:1 stick margarine
- pkg - 1 oz
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
How to make swedish nut cake:
Icing:1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix all ingredients. Place in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cake cool 10 minutes and spread icing on warm cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
