Blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- sugar for topping - 2 Tbsp
- blueberries fresh or frozen
How to make blueberry muffins:
You will need 2 regular size muffin pans.Preheat oven to 375°. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add the dry ingredients alternately with milk. Fold in blueberries. Grease muffin tins including top of tins. Pile batter high in cups. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Cool muffins in pan for 30 minutes before removing.
