Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- box chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix coconut and nuts. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Mix cake as directed. Put in pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and margarine. Drop onto cake mix using a teaspoon. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes until cake is cracked on top but done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
