  • sour cream - 1 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • yellow squash - 2 lb
  • Pepperidge Farm dressing mix - 1 pkg

How to make squash casserole:

Cook squash and onion in water until tender or about 10 minutes. Drain. Stir in soup and sour cream. Add 1/2 of dressing mix and salt. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Top with remaining dressing mix. Melt margarine and drizzle on top. Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven.
