Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- Pepperidge Farm dressing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion in water until tender or about 10 minutes. Drain. Stir in soup and sour cream. Add 1/2 of dressing mix and salt. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Top with remaining dressing mix. Melt margarine and drizzle on top. Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
