- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- shredded zucchini - 6 c
How to make zucchini jam:
Bring zucchini to simmer stage. Cook for 15 minutes alone, stirring frequently. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple and boil for 10 more minutes. Add jello and cook until all jello is dissolved. Pour in sterilized jars and seal.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
