Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/2 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini fritters:
Fill skillet with 2 inches of vegetable oil. Combine all ingredients in bowl and fold in zucchini. Drop by rounded teaspoonful into hot oil. Fry until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Makes 1 1/2 to 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
