Ingredients/Components
- grated carrots - 2 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- jar pimento - 4 oz
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- squash - 2 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix cornbread - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Melt butter in oblong Pyrex dish. Pour melted butter over stuffing mix; stir until well saturated. Press half of stuffing mix in bottom of the Pyrex dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour in Pyrex. Add the other half of stuffing mix on top of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
