- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- 2 bag hash brown potatoes - 1 (No
- shredded Cheddar cheese or Colby - 2 c
- Ritz crackers to cover top, crumbled - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients except butter and crackers. Spread into pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top; drizzle melted butter on top of crackers. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Low-fat soup and fat-free sour cream can be used, if desired.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
