- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- grated carrots - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- cream of chicken soup - 1 (10
- stuffing mix - 3/4 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain. Blend together soup and flour; add sour cream, carrots, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in broccoli and turn in 2-quart casserole. Combine stuffing mix and butter.
