Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- grated carrots - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium onion, minced - 1 item
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- cooked, mashed squash - 2 c
- scalded milk almost to a boil - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Combine all ingredients (except 1/2 of the croutons). Spoon into lightly greased 3-quart casserole dish. Top with the remaining croutons. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
