Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- sliced yellow squash - 4 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- herb seasoned dressing mix herb seasoned crumbs
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion and drain well. Mix soup, milk and slightly beaten egg together. Fold in squash and 1 cup of crumbs. Place in a greased casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Spot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
