Squash casserole



  • milk - 1/3 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • sliced yellow squash - 4 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • herb seasoned dressing mix herb seasoned crumbs

How to make squash casserole:

Cook squash and onion and drain well. Mix soup, milk and slightly beaten egg together. Fold in squash and 1 cup of crumbs. Place in a greased casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Spot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
