Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 6 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 (19
  • grated zucchini, peeled and cored - 6 c
  • of apricot jello

How to make zucchini jam:

Cook grated zucchini and 6 cups sugar. Boil 6 minutes, add crushed pineapple and boil 6 minutes more. Remove from heat and add 2 small packages apricot jello. Stir well. Bottle. Makes 5 pints.
