Zucchini jam


Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 (19
- grated zucchini, peeled and cored - 6 c
- of apricot jello
How to make zucchini jam:
Cook grated zucchini and 6 cups sugar. Boil 6 minutes, add crushed pineapple and boil 6 minutes more. Remove from heat and add 2 small packages apricot jello. Stir well. Bottle. Makes 5 pints.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
