Ingredients/Components
- squash - 3 lb
- onions - 3 item
- carrots - 2 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash, onions and carrots in salt water until tender. Drain. Add soup, sour cream and pimento. Melt margarine and mix with dressing mix. Grease casserole dish. Spread 1/2 of dressing mix on bottom of dish. Pour in mixture and top with remaining dressing mix. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
