Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- vinegar - 2-1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 4 c
- black pepper - 1/4 Tbsp
- celery seed - 2 Tbsp
- canning salt - 5 Tbsp
- tumeric - 1 Tbsp
- chopped squash - 10 c
- large green peppers chopped - 2 item
How to make squash relish:
Mix well, bring to a rolling boil. Pack in hot jars and seal. Makes 9 quarts.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Spreads.
