Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1/4 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
- medium carrot, chopped - 1 item
- large jar chopped pimento - 1 item
- squash, finely chopped - 4 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, carrot, pimento, soup and sour cream. In a casserole dish, spread a layer of stuffing and butter, a layer of squash mixture, then another layer of stuffing. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
