Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- yellow squash - 3 c
- cornbread stuffing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Slice and boil squash with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Meanwhile, melt margarine and toss stuffing. Mix lightly. Mix squash, sour cream, onion, milk and chicken soup in a separate bowl. Put into greased 9 x 12-inch casserole dish and layer with stuffing mix. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
