Ingredients/Components
- squash, cooked and drained - 2 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- medium carrot, grated - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
- salt to taste - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients well. Put in a casserole dish and top with another 1/2 package of stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
