Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- squash - 2 lb
- carrot, grated fine - 1 item
- chopped pimentos - 2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
- Pepperidge Farm herb dressing green bag - 1 pkg
- stick margarine - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash, onion, salt and pepper and butter until tender; drain. Melt margarine and mix with 1/2 of dressing and other ingredients. Mix the other 1/2 of the dressing with 1 stick margarine and mix separately. Spoon squash mixture into greased casserole dish. Top with remaining dressing and margarine mixture.
