Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- poppy seed - 2 Tbsp
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- saltine cracker crumbs - 1 c
- chicken breasts boneless and skinned, cooked - 4 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Take cooked chicken and shred in bottom of casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream together, then pour over chicken. Melt margarine and add poppy seed and cracker crumbs. Pour over soup and sour cream mixture. Bake at 400° until it starts to bubble and topping browns, about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
