Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 t
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 t
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 sm
- melted butter or oleo - 3/4 c
- frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
- stuffing or croutons - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Mix ingredients together. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Roll into balls the size of walnuts and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 15 minutes.You can also wrap each ball in 1/2 strip of bacon and bake for 30-35 minutes.
