Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- slivered almonds, toasted - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green onion, sliced - 3/4 c
- cooked chicken, cubed - 4 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- green seedless grapes, halved
- eggs, hard-cooked and chopped - 3 item
How to make almond chicken salad:
In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery, onions and eggs. In another bowl, combine the next nine ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour over the chicken mixture and toss gently.
