Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 sm
- tomato, chopped - 1 item
- dry ranch dressing - 1 pkg
- carrot, shredded - 1 lg
- refrigerated crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- bunch fresh broccoli, cut into florets and finely chopped - 1/2 item
- head fresh cauliflower, cut into florets and finely chopped - 1/2 item
- green and red pepper, minced - 1/2 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Press crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet. Bake according to package directions. Cool.Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese and ranch dressing. Spread evenly over crust. Top with chopped vegetables. Cut into small squares and serve.
