Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- sliced scallions - 1/2 c
- chopped cooked egg - 1 item
How to make chicken salad puffs:
Chicken Salad:2 c. cooked chicken1/2 c. sliced scallions1 chopped cooked egg1/2 c. sour cream1/4 c. mayonnaise Puffs: Cream margarine, salt and water. Add flour. Return to head and cook. Remove; beat with electric beater until the mix is shiny and forms a ball. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until mixture is smooth and shiny. Drop by level teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Bake for 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until puffed and golden.Mix all ingredients for chicken salad. Stuff puffs with chicken salad mixture.
