Ingredients/Components
- onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1/2 oz
- water - 2 c
- potatoes, diced - 4 med
- can evaporated skim milk - 1 oz
- butter buds - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 1
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
How to make potato soup:
Spray bottom of 3 quart sauce pan with cooking spray. Cook onions over medium heat until tender. Add bacon, water and potatoes. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork tender. With potato masher or large fork mash some of the cooked potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Do not boil.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
