Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- chicken broth - 3 c
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- croutons - 1 item
- diced potatoes - 4 c
- shredded cheese - 8 oz
- fresh chopped parsley - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
In a large saucepan, melt margarine. Saut?© celery and onion until tender. Add potatoes and broth. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Puree potatoes. Stir in milk and seasonings.
