Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- large potatoes - 6 item
- cheese - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make mushroom potatoes:
Peel, slice and cook potatoes. Arrange in glass pan; add salt. Cook soup, milk, margarine and cheese until cheese melts. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake until mixture bubbles.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
