Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- water
- cold water - 1/2 c
- cream - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 2 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Accent - 2 tsp
- American cheese, shredded - 8 oz
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
In 3-quart pan, bring water to a boil. Add broccoli and onion and boil 10 minutes. Add seasonings and shredded cheese; stir until melted. Add milk, cream and butter. Stir and heat to boiling. Slowly add water to flour, stirring constantly, until texture is smooth. Slowly add water, stirring rapidly.
