  • milk - 1 c
  • pepper - 1 item
  • onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
  • thinly sliced potatoes - 8 c
  • cans Cheddar cheese soup - 2 item

How to make scalloped potatoes:

Blend soup, milk and pepper. Alternate potatoes, onion and soup. Dot with butter. Cover and bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more to brown.
