- pepper - 1 item
- onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- thinly sliced potatoes - 8 c
- cans Cheddar cheese soup - 2 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Blend soup, milk and pepper. Alternate potatoes, onion and soup. Dot with butter. Cover and bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more to brown.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
