Scalloped potatoes



  • salt
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • onion - 1 item
  • raw potatoes, sliced - 6 c
  • hot mlik

How to make scalloped potatoes:

Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Add minced onion. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour and dot with butter. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
