- salt
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- onion - 1 item
- raw potatoes, sliced - 6 c
- hot mlik
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Add minced onion. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour and dot with butter. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
