Quick vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery, diced - 1/2 c
- carrots, diced - 2 item
- uncooked rice - 1/4 c
- potatoes, diced - 2 c
- large can tomato puree - 1 item
How to make quick vegetable soup:
Brown ground beef in large pan. After browning, add remaining ingredients. When mixture is steaming, reduce heat to low setting and cook 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
