Golden parmesan potatoes

- potatoes - 6 lg
- all-purpose flour, sifted - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 1/3 c
- chopped parsley - 1 item
How to make golden parmesan potatoes:
Cut potatoes in quarters. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a paper bag. Moisten potato quarters with water. Shake a few at a time in the bag to coat well with cheese and flour mixture. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Place potatoes in a single layer in pan. Bake at 375° about 1 hour, turning once during baking. When golden brown, remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
