sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 4 c
margarine - 1/3 c
sugar - 1 c
eggs - 2 item
milk - 1/2 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
Topping:1 c
chopped pecans - 1 c
brown sugar - 1 c
flour - 1/3 c
melted margarine - 1/3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix these ingredients well and place in a lightly greased baking dish.Topping:1 c. coconut1 c. chopped pecans1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 c. melted margarine Stir together coconut, nuts, brown sugar and flour. Add melted margarine; stir until crumbly. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 minutes or until done.
