Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 5 c
- water - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Crisco - 1 lb
How to make pie crust:
Mix in usual manner. Put 1 egg in 8-ounce measuring cup. Add water and vinegar. Fill cup to 8-ounces with water. Mix into flour and Crisco mixture. Makes 5 crusts. Wrap each ball in wax paper.
