  • cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
  • peanut butter smooth or crunchy - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • container whipped topping - 1 (8
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • chopped peanuts or grated chocolate optional - 1/4 c

How to make peanut butter pie:

Whip cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar in a bowl. Slowly add milk and blend well. Add whipped topping. Pour into crust. If desired, top with chopped peanuts or grated chocolate. Freeze until firm.

Low-fat cheese, peanut butter, milk and whipped topping can be used. I have also used fat-free ingredients without sacrificing taste. It's easy and can be made well in advance of serving.
