Pie crust

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 2 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• water - 1/2 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• vinegar - 1 Tbsp
• Crisco

How to make pie crust:

Mix first four ingredients. Mix in shortening. Beat together egg, water and vinegar. Add to flour mixture and work well. Can leave in sealed Tupperware container in refrigerator for a week. (I have frozen it.)
