Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- whipping cream - 1/2 c
- tapioca - 3 Tbsp
- 4 c - 1 qt
- salt, ginger and nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- Bake 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until it looks done
How to make pear pie:
Combine all ingredients. Bake 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until it looks done. Let cool.Topping:3 oz. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. whipping cream1/2 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. sugar Whip cream with vanilla; add sugar. Beat cream cheese. Fold into whipped cream mixture; top pie.
