Eggnog pie



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • rum extract - 1 tsp
  • Cool Whip, thawed - 8 oz
  • cold eggnog - 1 c

How to make eggnog pie:

Pour eggnog into bowl. Add pudding mix, rum and nutmeg with electric mixer at low speed. Beat until blended, about 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip; spoon into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.
