Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- rum extract - 1 tsp
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 oz
- cold eggnog - 1 c
How to make eggnog pie:
Pour eggnog into bowl. Add pudding mix, rum and nutmeg with electric mixer at low speed. Beat until blended, about 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip; spoon into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
