Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • water - 5 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • Crisco - 1 c

How to make pie crust:

Break egg into a bowl. Add vinegar and water. Beat well. Cut shortening into flour and salt. Add the egg mixture and stir to form a ball. This makes 4 crusts.
