Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- all purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- pumpkin pie spice
- cup brown sugar - 3/4 item
- 1/2 cups canned pumpkin - 1 item
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pie:
Mix in bowl, the brown sugar, flour, salt and pie spice. Add the pumpkin, milk and slightly beaten eggs. Stir until smooth. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. This was one of Janice Odom's recipes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
